Dead Burned Aluminate

Dead burned Aluminate or dolomite is produced from dolostone in a kiln with 3- 3.5% fine magnetite added. The kiln is fired with powdered coal. A product called klinker is discharged into a cooler and then onto a crusher. The screened product is then mixed with bunker B oil to control dust and is ready for shipping to steel producers.
